1. Contact us via email or phone to submit a request for product development. In this, the customer indicates which product he/she is looking for and what the specific requirements and wishes are.

2. Assessment of the application: The application will be assessed by the product development department. This involves checking whether the product is feasible and whether the wholesaler has the right knowledge and resources to develop the product.

3. Quotation: If the request is feasible, a quotation will be prepared for the customer. This contains the price, delivery time and any other agreements that have been made.

4. Acceptance: The customer assesses the quotation and indicates whether he/she agrees with the agreements. If the customer agrees, an order confirmation is drawn up.

5. Development: The product development department starts developing the product. The requirements and wishes of the customer are taken into account and a prototype is being worked on.

6. Evaluation: After completion of the prototype, the product is evaluated by the product development department. If the product meets the requirements and wishes of the customer, the product is
